Take one of your tie rods to the hardware store, get a nut that will thread onto it. (that might be a problem for the left-hand threads though, I doubt you'll find a nut for that one....) Twist the nut on till the amount you want to cut off is sticking out, hack it off with some manner of saw/cut-off wheel, then take the nut off. That will kinda/sorta correct the threads The other one, you will likely need to dress it with a small file.
Thanks for the method suggestion, was just sitting here wondering how I was going to do this without botching the threads lol

Keep in mind, those are hardened steel. So, have several saw blades/cutoff wheels handy.

Surprisingly I got through both and the adjustment sleeve with half of one of harbor freights finest death wheels lol. Realized to get more adjustment I needed to cut the adjustment sleeve too since the tie rods bottom out on stock lengths, but was able to get it all back together with now another 1/2" adjustment, hopefully it's enough whenever I can get it back to the alignment shop.
