Default ISO heater control cable

Looking for a heater control cable for a 78 D100. It goes from the control to heater valve on the wheel well.

I can find them for a 77.... but, not for a 78... No idea what the difference is, and the 77 is a one-year-only part.... Odd...

Also, there may be a difference between A/C, and Non-A/C cables....

The 100 was a 1/2 ton and the 200 was a 3/4 ton. The cab would have been the same I expect so I think the cable would be the same. Thanks for your help, I'll give them a call.
