Default Ok needing some help still

So I have been problems with what I thought was the trucking blowing or popping the asd relay. Well I had all the relays tested and they are all good. I put in a distributor pickup coil with no change. Ran some tests with the voltmeter while the relay was plugged in with key on and off. Starting to wonder if my computer is bad on the truck. Thoughts idea's

Pin 30 is the power feed from the battery. 87 is output to the coil, injectors, and such. 85 and 86 are the control side of the relay. PCM controls the relay by grounding pin 86. With key on, you will see power on 85 and 86..... the way you are testing there. So at this point, if you never see power at 87, pcm is not engaging the relay. It *should* trip it for three seconds at initial key on, after that, only if it sees the engine turning. (crank sensor signal)

So should all three of those connections have power when the key is on. I know the one that has no power is the main one that needs it to power everything. Would it be a crank sensor or computer? Also is there crank sensors on this truck? When i looked them up before nobody even shows one for my truck

What are you driving? If it has fuel injection, it should have a crank sensor. But, if you aren't getting fuel pump prime, or seeing power out of the ASD relay at initial key on, either the wire between the relay and the PCM is broken, or the PCM simply isn't turning on the relay. Might be a bad PCM.... but, would be good to try and scan for codes before just replacing it out of hand.

Ok, I *think* you should have a crank sensor. It'll be behind the passenger side head, down on the bellhousing.... Yeah, they are fun to get to..... But, I don't think that's your problem.

No crank sensor, It's an LA motor. Key on should power the relay pin 86, The ground goes direct to the pcm. If you are seeing power at 85 with the relay hooked up it's telling you you are not getting a ground from the pcm. Do you have power going into the pcm(pin 9)? Does the check engine light come on with the key? Here is diagram.
