Lifting a Ramcharger
I was curious if anyone has tried to lift a ramcharger?
My dodge is a 92 ramcharger, 2wd. It is a very clean truck and i don't want to trade it for a 4x4 truck. Does anyone have any suggestions or know anyone who has done a lift? Also someone said the front end was similar to a dodge pickup 2wd of the same year.
Please let me know your suggestions!
thanks

1st, why???
2nd Function? looks, prerunner, wheeling?
3rd what kind of front end suspension setup
the rear will be easy as hell
although i dont know much about your model, i have done quite a bit w/ lifting 4x4's, so since no one has posted u back i could at least get u in the right direction if i knew what kind of front end u have, coils, leafs, etc. pics maybe

I have an 85 Ram D150, and I will be lifting it soon as I get the transmission fixed. Its a 2WD, so I am keeping it simple and using leveling kit(coil spacers) for the front. Daystar makes some, I dont know for our trucks but I did this to my 93 Isuzu before. For the rear you can either do shackles, blocks between the axle and leaf spring(and longer u-bolts), or go more "custom" for actual suspension improvement.
I am going for just a better stance/offroad look. Kinda pre-runner daily driver, and 32" tires will fill the wheel well enough to make it look good. Also, the suspension parts are similar for the same year Rams/Ram Chargers, as long as you stick with 2wd and v8. GOOD LUCK

My dream is to find an 81-84 Ramcharger with a 440 V8, stick shift, and 4WD and massively lift the sucker (at least 12 inch suspension and 2 inch body lift) and add 33" tires and a Warn winch on the front. Also a Dixie horn is a must with both an American flag and a Confederate flag flying off the back.
