We have the coil springs off our 2005 Ram 1500 and off of our 1973 Dodge XCab Pickup. I need to know if either of these ( or both) will be interchangeable and work on a 1992 3/4 Ton (2500) Dodge Ram Diesel Pickup.


Need to know as soon as possible!!

No....forgetting the fact that they're probably the wrong size/height for the spring buckets, neither one would be stiff enough to handle the weight of the CTD properly. It's weight is MUCH greater than that of the HEMI (by almost 400lbs), and much greater than anything the '73 would've had in it, with the possible exception of the 400ci Big Block.
