How long of a board can be fit into the Dodge Avenger if you fold down the front and back seats and stick a board all the way to touch the dashboard and the back of the trunk? Cana 10' board fit into theDodge Avenger?

 

You should have bought a dakotoa. lol The only problem I can see is that it might have to rest up on the dash scrathing it. I would put a soft towel around each end.

 

If you have a dodge 2008 avenger would you measure from the back of the trunk through the folded down back and front seats to the dashboard and post your measurement on this thread?

I was wanting to avoid having to buy a truck since they get bad gas mileage.

 

I'm not sure but I got a small fridge in the trunk after I removed the deck lid.

 

Please, would someone who owns a dodge avenger sxt fold down the front and back seats and use a tape measure to determine the distance from the back of the avenger's trunk to the front dashboard (or all the way under the dashboard to the foot space)and post that measurement on this thread?

Why is it our responsibility? Go to the damn dealer and measure yourself ! barking orders wont get you very far. You could have said has anyone ever measured the inside of there Avenger and if so how long????

I have social anxiety disorder so it is hard for me to interact with people (like asking a dealer to let me measure a dodge avenger's cargo spaceto determine the maximum lengthof an object that can fit in the dodge avenger).

I am asking nicely, please would someone measure this space and post a reply on this thread.

 

Ok, I popped 4 Vicodin and 2 Valium so I was feeling in a pretty damn good mood so I went out and mesaured it for you..

From the front dashboard to just before the rear trunk lip is 9 feet exactly.
If you want to include the upper dashboard space add 1' 7" (So that would be 10' 7")
The usable width is 32" (2' 9")wide from the right side of the driver's seat to the inside door (Assuming that you will be using the drivers seatnormally and not folded and sitting on top of it)
The trunk's total usable folded down seat width is 45" (3' 10")

Keep in mind you can always leave your trunk open and leave pieces sticking out the trunk though in case you have long loads.
