It is a 08 changed my brakes and fluid and the brake light comes on and off while driving or when I first start the car. Its not a fuse or the brake light switch.

thanks

Sounds like a brake light switch, crawl under your dash and look for it by your brake pedal, see if its sticking.

Try filling the reservoir above the full line on the master cylinder and see if the light flashes on and off.
