Default Power Seat Failure

Earlier this evening I was driving my 2008 Avenger and messing with my seat settings trying to find a position more comfortable for my left leg. I ended up putting the seat all the way down to see how I liked it. I didn't like it, but when I went to move it back up, nothing happened. Now, neither switch that moves the seat forward/back or up/down works. I tried pulling the fuse (a 40 amp green cartridge, number 9 according to my manual) and swapping it with another (number 1 which had no description but was the same size), no luck. Anyone else experience this? I find it odd it was working one second, and failed the next.

You might check the plug on the back of the switches and plugs under the seat to make sure they didn't come disconnected.
