Default 2009 Avenger....running/parking/tail lights stop working

Problem: I have a 2009 Avenger that the running/parking/tail lights won't work. What does work is the head lights, turning signals and brake lights. What happens when I turn on the switch on for the head lights the dash lights flash off and on 6 times and stay off at that point and the running/parking/tail lights won't come on. I've looked at every fuse, every bulb and even changed the multi-switch that controls the head lights/running/parking/tail lights. Has anyone else had a problem like this before that could shed some light on what possibly could be the problem?

Perhaps a bad power distribution box that all of the fuses are located under the hood.

thanks for the reply...I believe that you are correct. The Totally Imtergrated Power Module is the only thing left that it could be. I plan on sending it off to a company that will fix it and send it back to me. I hope it fixes the issue.
