Hello,

I have an 08 Dodge Avenger 4cly 2.4.

I recently replaced all four brake pads and added fluid to the reservoir. We did not bleed the brake lines. After a few turns down the road the front check valve off of the master cylinder cracked at the middle o-ring and i and i lost braking. I had to purchase a new valve from the dealer and after replacing the new valve broke the same way.

Any suggestions on what to check next?

 

Current theory is that i have a blockage in one one the lines causing the pressure to back up and the outbound check valve to pop.

I plan on testing each line individually, will post what I find.
