Been trying to fix this problem acuators are working. Not sure what else it could be.

 

Make sure the blend door isn't broken itself. The actuator will still function, but the door isn't moving.

 

This is the reason I joined the forum. (I'll stick around though, I just bought a used 2013 Avenger) Since purchasing the vehicle we had our first cold weather and while I was toasty warm, my passenger was freezing. I also noticed air blowing out of the glove box, so there is something amiss somewhere.

How do you access the blend door? Is there a diagram anywhere of the "plumbing" for the system?
