Default 2008 Dodge Avenger 2.7L fuse 33 Continuously Blowing

Hi people, as the title says fuse 33 continuously blows in my car. The fuse is for the TIPM (PCM). The car will run for 10 seconds before the fuse blows. Key on engine off the fuse does not blow. I did some searching and a "mechanic" suggested to a poster that if fuse 33 is blowing without any other fuses being affected that it is most certainly the fault of the PCM. I have now replaced the PCM but the problem is persisting. I have opened all of the wiring harnesses on the engine side leading back to the passenger compartment and under the dash also but haven't been able to see any issues with shorts or breaks in the wiring.
Hoping someone can give me some insight as to where I should look next.

TIA, Al

Welcome to the forum. Have you checked the voltage of the alternator when it's running? I wonder if it is overcharging since it only blows when it is running.
