i have had a total of 5 dodge trucks. 1957 l6 1/2 ton, 1977 v-8, 1/2 ton ram club cab bought new, 1982 extra heavy duty 3/4 ton ram v-8 club cab my dad bought new, 1999 v-6 dakota club cab, 2001 v-6 dakota club cab, 4.1 gears. but the very low end 0 to 20 is still soft. would advancing the cam 2 degrees get what i want?

the state of kansas owns the truck i use. every fall they send a notices telling me how much i have to pay so i can take care of it for them.
