I do lawncare/landscaping for as my job right now, and I use a '96 Dakota v6 5-speed to haul all the wood, brush, equipment, mulch, and whatnot. Yeah sure I like to keep it clean some of the time, but when it comes to using it for what it's meant to be used for, then I do it. I have a truck because of its functionality, not a fashion statement.

yes sir, I use my truck every weekend. I haul my tools and work on cars on the side. Best part is that I have a tonneau cover that keeps my tools secure & dry. I also have air shocks in the back to raise it up when it gets too heavy and an aftermarket transmission cooler that I picked up from the auto part store for $60 and Ram 2500 leaf springs. I can also remove it to haul bigger items. I feel like this: if you have a truck for looks, then you don't need a new truck.

Well...
My Dak was bought with hunting in mind and then...Well I got the offroad bug I guess lol.
I use it to haul my harley when its uninsured, haul the hunting quad, and the newest addition is a Yamahahaha Rhino from a small flatbed trailer my old man picked up.

Then there iss this mountain near by my place that I bomb up and down when I have the time I don't really stop for pictures so all I've got is one from my first trip up after the truck was deemed "Creek Climbing Worthy" While it was still sporting its red hood and still had chrome on it.

She's not pretty by any means, but a truck isn't supposed to be. A little weight over the rear axle and there's not many places she won't go, even with those worn out rear tires.
