Ya gotta love these trucks!!! I'm around 250K and replaced a lot of items just from normal wear. I remember the days when 100K was surely a spent vehicle. I just can't justify getting rid of it cause it's old. You at 333K makes me believe I can do the same thing....hopefully. I have very little rust, the serious undercoating at the time was well worth it I guess. Congrats on your mileage and the massive amount of money you saved!
Robertwav1,
I chuckled to myself when you mentioned that you're around 250K...I bought my truck with 258K...was really wondering about my sanity...lol.
Congrats to you as well. I'm coming up on 336K. She is going to need new tires all around, so that'll hit me in late-Autumn ($800 or so). And there is one spot of rust that is growing, and I'd really like to get it addressed, but I keep thinking this girl is going to DIE...but she just won't. "Ya gotta love these trucks" is sooo true.
