Default 5.9L Magnum Specifications and Details

Rebuilding my 2002-2003 5.9L Magnum. I'm looking for the engine specs for pretty much everything. Things like journal clearances for mains and rod journals, bore diameter limits for connecting rods, piston size, cylinder etc. End play for crank, rods, cam. Torque values for mains, rods, heads, intake etc. Also need the these for the valves. I'll be doing a little porting/polishing for the heads as I match things up. I'll be using a Hughes intake, lifter and cam. New springs, keepers, seals. Replacing anything worn beyond limits etc. Thanks for reading.

All in the service manual. Having one for your truck helps a LOT with troubleshooting, especially electrical issues. Get a REAL Factory Service manual, I believe they are published by Bishko. Haynes and Chiltons are just generic, and with all the electronics/computers/otherstuff in the newer trucks, the factory manual is the ONLY one you should be using. There *might* be on available for download here somewhere.... if not, you can find them on ebay, or amazon, (and other places as well) for download for under 30 bucks.

Thanks for the information. I wasn't able to find the service manual on Bishko but was able to locate one in electronic form that I downloaded. I pulled the relevant pages out as a PDF and think I have what I need. I attached it in case someone else can use it.
