So...... Doing some reading the other day ona different site, and came across somone who got a supercharger from a Jeep grand cherokee and put it on his 4.7. Supposed to be an easy swap...same engine.

Anyone have any info or opinions??

It is hard for me to believe that the very small ring lands on the stock 4.7 pistons would stand up to supercharging for very long, even with 93 octane gasoline.

 

Well im sure you would have to change a few things. Cams and pistons for sure...

yea if ya had a supercharger layin around yea it would be cheap, but i dont think thats what ya were saying,.. [&:]
