Has anybody installed on their truck Walker Quiet-Flow Q3 muffler/s?
How are they?

never heard ne thing about what you mentioned.... go with flowmaster 70's

I have not tried the Quietflow 3
but about 7 years ago I tried the first Walker Quietflow
which has aluminized steel construction.
It was about as quiet as the stock muffler
but after about 2 years it began to rattle when an internal weld broke loose
and I took it off, replacing with stainless steel DynoMax Ultraflo mufflers. DynoMax is a another division of Tenneco Automotive, which also owns Walker.

Thanks HankL - I have been on the walker muffler site, they are calling it the Q3 muffler now and has a glass pack of some sort, to give it freeflow.
Check it out.

is is harder to find but Walker does supply some backpressure versus flow numbers, along with noise reduction claims:
