6 3/4 both front and rear, however you will probably need adapters, because its kinda a uncommon size, ull find lots of 6 1/2 speakers...the adapters are available form any quality car audio store.

Just go to your nearest best buy. They will show you what you need. Then get the part number of what you want and look them up in the net. I have found a lot of equip that way for a lot cheaper. As far as adapters I haven't changed the speakers out in my truck yet. so I don't know

Hey I actually just went online because I was curious. The fit guide I just looked at Said you need 6 1/2" speakers. I am not going to say imnothot02 is wrong. There may be a adapter but the guide did not say anything about it.

I thought factory speakers are 6.5 to begin with. I pulled all 4 out of my club cab and they were 6.5" I replaced the rears just this weekend actually. If you want new speakers, they are usually 30 - 45W RMS. I recommend getting a new radio. I got new front speakers, which were I think 30W @ 190W peak after I got my cassette deck. It has a rating of 45W x 4. At a high enough volume, I notice the sound was actually decreasing itself cuz the factory speakers cldnt handle the wattage. These were the new speakers: http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Pione...oductDetail.do

I just bought new speakers for the rear with a rating of 40W @ 300W peak. They were like $30 and they are VERY strong with bass for it's size which is a 6.5". I was rather impressed.
