I was happy with the Goodyears on both my trucks. I put brand new AT's on my '89 and had no problems with them on either ice, slush or a foot and a half of snow. Just adjust your driving and no problems.

I replaced the original tires on my '02 after more than 120 000 kms. The belts had slipped on a couple of them and wore out a tie-rod and caused my truck to pull. I figured my alignment was off. Oops, won't make that mistake again. I can't complain, though, Goodyear only expects 100 000 kms from them.

Nonetheless, I replaced them with Michelins. Much better ride.

Can't say I've had a bad experience with Goodyear, but as soon as I got my truck, I put Michelin LTX MS/1's on it. Far superior tire. 120,000km later....

my truck came with goodyear eagle LS's on it. They are quiet tires and good on dry pavement but forget about getting traction in rain, and especially snow. I have also had 3 flats so far since ive had them. 2 of them looked like i ran over a nail, but the other time there was a hole in the sidewall. Needless to say these tires cost over 200$ a piece and when you have to replace them it's pretty expensive.
