my truck did 17.2 in the 1/4. last year when I just had intake and exhaust.

I made my own cold air intake and have a magnaflow dual exit muffler. now I have a superchips and a 180 stat. so I'll see what she can do this summer. after all its only a truck, its not a race car. but its nice to fly by all those imports

Well I got back from hitting 2 of the shops around here. Both flowmaster set ups...

1st place I went to said 250. Thats a single in with a dual out.
2nd place said 255. Same deal only it would come out infront of the rear tire......(I'm leaning on this one unless the first place does the same thing)

You should get a single inlet, single outlet. There is no performance gain with a dual outlet.

Yeah, if you are coming out infront of the rear tires I would just go with a single out. If you were coming out behind them I think it looks better with duels because it evens the back up a little. The single pipe will probably give you a littlemore low end torque than the duel will anyway.

Manual, V8, its a 318 I believe, all stock.....for now.
ur profile says 4.7 and yet its an 02, they stoped making 318/5.2's back in 2000
Well i'd reckon that's probably why he said 'Its a 318 I believe', instead of 'Its a 318'. He didn't know what the 4.7 was. Jeez people on this forum love to be dicks to people

You're 4.7 is a 286 or something, but people generally don't refer to the 3.9 or the 4.7 by their volume, just the 5.2 318 and the 5.9 360. I'd recommend you just say '4.7' and everyone will know what your talking about.

As for your stock quarter mile time? Not sure. I'd take a guess and say possibly somewhere between 16-17? You do have the heaviest truck.

What's stopping you from doing some mods?
i wasnt being a dick to him, just letting 02/06 know
