Dont get me wrong. It sounds very good. I love that low rumble they put out. (i think i made some little old lady sh*t in her seat at a stop light when i punched it) I just dont like the popping sound. I am considering ripping off the whole flowmaster setup i have now, and going with Magnaflow.

Yea, Its one of those thing again....that whole personal preference. You can always ask the people around you and see if there are any flowmaster that sound different.

Doall of the flowmasters have that annoying Rice Crispies sound (snap, crackle, pop)???

Mine do that same thing, and it gets on my last nerve! I know some pople like it, but i dont.
I put a Flowmaster 50 series on my 5.9. Single out the side and I think it sounds sweet. None of that rice crispies sound as you say just a nice mellow rumble. It could be louder if thats what your into but with the 50 like I said it rumbles nicely like a truck should.
