Default vibration in steering/uneven tire wear...

Ok about a week ago my power steering went. I was told the pump is too weak, its getting replaced on friday but since then ive developed a slight vebration in the steering between about 40-65 mph. I noticed that the inside of my tires are wearing low. Now i know the truck pulls to the right a tad bit and i looked under it and everyting is tight. Would the lack of power steering cause this? Like is there maybe a design in the dodge system that when no pressure is present there is a little slack in the system?

id have that alighned first, sounds like bad toe, camber is way off for the inside tire to be off, possibly caster is off just as well

Go all out... Get Alignment, Tires Rotated AND balanced, this should help alot.. if it still does it.. check your balljoints and control arms.
