Default Trans fluid

If i were to change my trans fluid, and filter and wanted to use full synthetic. Would that be bad to mix whatever is left in their and to put full synthetic with it?

I would probably guess yes just because it is synthetic. Also consider the millage, and try and mix some together yourself (Not in the transmission and see how they blend if they do at all.)

do a full fush.. got to get that fluid out of the TC also. Do a full flush with some Mopar ATF+4 (buy it at walmart) and go to your local dealership and get a mopar filter and gasket for the tranny case, the ones napa, oreillys, and places like that sale dont work as good, they go bad faster.. and sometimes break off, the mopar one is made of a rubber type, the other ones are cheap..

need about 16qts to flush, and 1 filter and gasket.. 13$ for gasket and filter, then another 64$ for the fluid, and if your doing at a shop another 100$ in labor.. even though its easy as **** to do.

ya, for a tranny flush you will have to go to a shop and get them to do it. I got mine done last year and it was around $100. and I changed to synthetic too.
