Default cheap and easy exhaust

With the 4.7l engine, if you simply cut off the muffler, place a flex tube from the cat-back pipe to the remaining pipe if will give you the deep throaty exhaust sound you want. (will not pass emissions testing)

in otherwords, straight pipe it with flexpipe which is guarantted to last about a year before it rusts apart, the real backwoods thing to do. .then again i know a bunch of hicks who will actually put a muffler on.... as i always say.. do it the right way the first time, dont half *** it

no, if you want to go really cheap, at least get a 20$ cherry bomb and replace the stock muffler. It'll sound pretty good on a v-8, it'll probably rust off after a couple years though.

i would never let flex exhaust touch my truck if your going to straightpipe it atleast weld a chuck of actual pipe in its place heck justbuy some connectors clamp it in place and fix any minor leaks with some magnum steel if you dont have a welder

Yeah.....

if you dont have enough money to buy the flex exhaust, you can use dryer vent hose and some duct tape.
