black and carbon.
apparently the computer is telling the #5 abd #6 fuel injectors to put too much fuel into the cylinders.will reseting the computer do the trick? or is that just a lost cause? is there a way to reset the computer without having to go to the dealer?

Well, I decided to pull the valve cover on the driver's side. There sat the problem!! The rocker on cylinder 5 was off sitting at on the head in a little pocket. The exhaust valve was stuck closed because of the sludge built up! Apparently the a$$ owner before me doesn't know the meaning of the words "maintenance"!

So, I decided to pull the engine and havemy dad's friend rebuild it.I've almost got it out. Just need tobolt the engine lift to the block and then unbolt the motor mounts. Should be done in two weeks he said.
