To say that Superchips are junk is just plain wrong. I have the programer in my 2001 Dakota and in my 2006 300C. Just the difference that it made on my truck towing my boat is enough for me to stand by it. Sure, it isn't much faster than stock, but it is better where it counts. Now if I can stop the detonation with the performance setting.... As far as the 300C is concerned, it is a different car. Faster,much, muchimproved shifting and tranny control and the icing on the cake is that I get 29MPG on the highway if I can keep it under 65MPH. BTW, the 300C has no problem with detonation. I have no experience with Jet chips, but at the Dakota Forum and the 300C Forum, they are not very highly regarded.
