Default Flowmaster, Magnaflow....

So im looking for a more deaper sounding exhaust. I got a flow pro on there right now and it branchs off to duels. Just wondering what you guys were thinking would be a better more deaper sounds muffler. I was thinking Flowmaster Super 40 or just the regular 40. Maybe even Magnaflow? Liked to know wat you guys got and like?

thanks

yea magnaflow has a nice mellow and deep rumble, flowmaster is loud and has a decent rumble but i dont think its as smooth as magnaflow since it uses baffles to create sound

Agreed, MagnaFlow is the best sounding. Sounds awesome on my 6.1 Magnum.

the flowmaster 20 series i think is the best one for the 4.7 ive heard the 40 series and mine the 20 series and it just sounds good. magnaflow is also good but i think its only worth it if you have a turndown.

Wat is a turn down? Hey Jonny you wouldnt have a video clip of wat your truck sounds like with the magnaflow on there? Iv never really heard a magnaflow exhaust before? Also flowmasters are most likley the loudest out of the 2 exhaust? Im looking for an exhuasts thats loud and crackly/rumbly at the same time.

Do you have the 4.7? Check out the Cherry Bomb Vortex mufflers. I have one on my '05 4.7, sounds amazing, I was going to get the Flow 40 but my local exhaust guy talked me into these instead, I'm glad he did.

a turn down is basically what it sounds like. the pipes are turned down right after the muffler. nothing else. the 5.2 and the 4.7 sound almost exactly the same
