Go to the main page of DodgeForum.com and the verry first post is new members they have instructions to pust a sig. up.

 

If you want someone to photoshop you a sig using that picture there's a place to request it in the Chop Shop section too.

 

or you can do what I do... drive to an awesome spot and take some shots of your truck. then upload it to photobucket or something similar and link it in to your sig...

 

thats how you put the pic in your sig to show up.

as for making it, i make sigs.. give me a few pics of the truck and i can chop one up, if i dont asnwer this is like 3 days pm me.. im a very busy man. !!! LOL YA RIGHT.. anyways.. w/e..
