You would have to ditch the fuel injection to mount an old school blower. The Magnum heads also have a different intake bolt pattern. Hughes Engines will redrill your heads for the musclecar 318/360 bolt pattern, then you can mount the blower and top it with a carberator. You will need to switch to a 727 transmission, which is operated by engine vacume instead of an electronic signal. If you live in an area with any kind of emissions testing it won't be street legal, and i dont know how well it would work with modern low-test gas (those things worked back in the days of things like lead, and even then they had a habit of tearing pistons to pieces). But it would look bad ***!

blower and supercharger are the same theory, but not same thing. i see a black dakota R/t online and it had a BDS "blower on it. i remember it ran a dual belts, one for the blower to crank, and another for the alternator other stuff. If any one has seen this pic please post it up.

Hey, sorry but a "blower" is a supercharger! I've owned a procharger and a kenne belle roots blower. They're different style but they do exactly the same damn thing. They create BOOST!A procharged truck/car will smoke any type of roots blower. A procharged vehicle running 5lbs of boost will create more power than a roots running 7lbs. But I guess if you'reRETARDED and like the look of the OLD **** style roots "blower" than go for it. Key words, they discontinued them!

A supercharger (blower) is an air compressor that forces more air and more oxygen to the combustion chamber(s) of an internal combustion engine than achievable with ambient atmospheric pressure (natural aspiration).
