Default Tune up and more

I recently bought a 2001 Dakota. It has 95k miles and I would like to do a tune up. Is there a place where all the part numbers and quantities are listed for doing this? I'm looking for stuff like:
Plugs
Wires
Cap
Rotor
K&N part number
Transmission oilcapacity and type (Redline?)
Transfer case oil type and capacity
Both Diff oil types and capacities
And anything else I might need for a good tune up.

Lil, I appreciate the offer to buy the manual but that's why I'm asking for help online. If I had $100 I would have bought the book and we wouldn't be talking. Unfortunately, I don't have that kind of scratch and I'm forced to search for answers on our wonderful internet. The owners manual is no road map and I don't want to dealer trying to sell me stuff I don't need. I was hoping that there was a Dakota guru that new the oil types and volume for the list I posted above. Thanks anyway.
