Default running boards for a quad cab

i have found a set of running boards that go from bumper to bumper for the dakota quad cab. the problem is that the person will not ship . he says that he doesn't know of who makes them and i can't find them anywhere. can somebody please tell me who might make these ?
i have looked all over the internet and haven't found a set like them. the person said that they came with the truck.
please help me find these steps.

I got stainless steel tubes from a place called RunningBoardwarehouse.com. Out of Florida, Tampa? They might be able to help. But remember, the 2nd gen Daks are no longer in production, so accessories will only get harder to find.

No, this is the factory running board / ground effects kit for a Dodge Dakota Quad Cab right here, minus the front Sniper bumper cover:

I've been searching for this kit for over 3 years. I found it only once, and I blew buying it.
