This is the best for Chrysler in a long time. But I know I will be switching soon to GMC, nothing but problems with dodge, seems to run in the family. Only Caravan had problems, now my truck so yea.

lol.

My friend has a 03 or 04 GMC Sierra and that thing has been in the shop more then my 2000 R/T for **** going wrong. His tranny went out 2 TIMES and Dodge is known for bad trannys and mine is still going well after 90k miles. His Speedo doesn't work, Its slow, and good luck changing out the radio in those things, GMC are the worst and most expensive and you loose controls. The only thing i like about his truck... is that i can smoke it like no other.

LoL. Some good commentary in here. I had a 95 chevy 1/2 ton on 37's that i ran the hell out of with actually very few problems. I broke the axle shaft on the 10 bolt, but I did it going ***** out with 14.5/37 toyos O/C's. But back on topic. Im hoping this guy will come thru andI can have it this weekend or monday. Couple more questions. How do these take to spray? 150 shot maybe? Also what is the widest tire you can run on the r/c rims. I'd love to keep them if i can get enough rubber on them to hook up.

you can run a 100shot easy on the stock heads and block many people have done it, with minor moding, i would suggest atleast a free flowing exhuast and some headers though, to make it work a tad better, going up to like a 150 or 200 maybe take a few more mods, but people have done it. I was going to install a 150 on mine sooner or later with the work i have done it should work no problem, i could probably due a 2 stage 100 shot and get away with it.

as for the widest tire on a stock r/t rim. They are 17x9 in rims tad bit bigger then normal factory rims, should be able to go in the 300s with them, i know viperkota has some viper wheels on his 13' wide on viper rims, but i thionj they are like 12-13' wide the rim itself, i would say 295 on the 9in would be safe and way more traction then you need on a stock r/t, im running nitto 275/50/17s on the rear and they hook very well.

finding tires in the 50/55 aspect for these trucks is kinda hard though, if you want to go wider most of the time they are on 15s and running 40 or 35 aspect without the truck lowerd has way to much wheel well and looks a bit wierd, but it can be done...

Ty user2006, ya i think ill prolly enjoy the truck. It is going to be hard getting use to a dodge tho. Me and all my close friends that race or offroad are ALL chevy. But i think with a set of rubber, a few bolt ons, and the sprayI betI can take care of a few camaros. im really trying to get ahold of this guy im not 100% sure im calling the right number but i think so ill keep u guys updated.
