Little update i got ahold of him. Hes coming to look at the camaro tomorrow. So tomorrow morning im going to make the chevy look as pretty as i can. I believe he is bringing the truck as well. Im going to personally check the vin to be sure it is an r/t. Anything by chance i should look for specific?

 

Upper balljoints, check waterpump for leaks or anything that looks like its been leaking for awhile, exhuast bolts make sure they are not shaved off, check the oil ofcourse, tranny, ask him what he used for oil and tranny fluid, should be 10w30 oil, and ATF+4 tranny fluid, if he did it at local oil change shops like NTB, or **** like that.. more then likely they been putting 5w30, and bad tranny fluid in it, take it for a test spin and manually shift the gears from 1st, 2nd, Drive, then redline the bitch in drive and make sure it shifts correctly. Check shocks by pushing down on the front end, err.. cant think of anything else..

 

Look at the oils, levels, etc... Coolant. Look it you see brown stuff that usually means someone didn't take care of it, or they just put water in and no coolant.

 

Ty for the list. Ill make sure i look it over real good. I dont think this guy realizes what he has and how much its worth and how nice the truck is. I guess hope for the best.
