Most of the systems i have seen in a std cab dak people mount it behind the seats on the rear wall. Most people will make some sort of a mount so they can just mount that to the wall and then the amp and what not onto that.
on the roof then, grab some pole barn roofing screws so they seal good

Were exactly behind the driver seat...? Theres no room in the floor.
Never mount a Amp Upside down, unless you want to blow it really fast.
In a Single cab you have 2 choices, either on the back wall, or under a seat. If you cant get it to fit then, make custom carpeted water proof seal in the bed and mount it in the back. Or just get an Alpine V-power amp, they fit perfect under our seats, why 12s? 10s sound just as good in a single cab, they give you more room to work with to. I have 2x 10' Type-E Subs Alpine, and a V-Power alpine amp, and it sounds fine for a regular cab. 12s are good, but with a box less then 6' deep the airspace is going to be tight and good luck with the subs blowing in about 6 months from reflexing into the back of the seat...
