find out the specs on the TB. If the bore on a 4.7 is bigger than a 3.7 then in theory it will let in more air to the intake manifold, however if the bore is too big it could cause a loss of low end torque.

look at post #4... a couple of calls to find out p/n's should tell you if it'll swap over or not.
