Super turbocharger
I was looking on ebay for superchargers and I kept seeing the "super turbocharger" pop up does anyone have this on a truck cause I was wondering if it really works, not that I would buy it but just that the whole electric idea seems a lil out of the norm.
I used to say the same thing as you guys. I heard marty from Krcperformance has one on his wifes minivan and it actually creates boost. I don't think they're even close to creating the same kind of boost as a non-electrical blower. I think when they convert from 12v to 42v electrical system, a well built electric supercharger would surpass twin turbo's and everything. There would be very little lag or spool up time.

I saw this post and thought id chime in lol. I actaully used to sell those on ebay for top dollar. they are boat bilige blowers, the thing u turn on when starting or idleing ur boat to get the fumes out of the engine compartment. anyways, back to the story i had a guy purchase one from me and i recived a email as soon as he got it. he was sooo excited about it and told me it added atleast 25 horse to his car (lol yeah rite) then about 3 weeks later he emailed me and said the the propeller inside had blown off into the motor and he needed to purchase a new one from me for several hunderd bucks.... what a dumba** lol

SO your the bastard who sold me that electric turbocharger, LOL. Just kidding. We actually put one, "bought off Ebay", on a 2003 Ford F-150 with a 4.2L V-6. We were so desperate to get ANYTHING additional out of the motor, we figured why not. It was about worthless. We didn't pay a lot for it though, and I think a hair dryer had more velocity than it. The only thing more stupid than that was the alleged "chip", sold on Ebay that claimed to increase HP, fuel economy, and keep your windshield clean. All it was, was a resistor you plugged in, "not" a chip at all. I guess all that stuff ranks up with the alleged carb someone has on the shelf that gets 100 miles per gallon, that the oil companies are paying them not to market. There will always be a gimmick to get you to spend your money on worthless crap.
