Odd noise when turning, can't pinpoint.
Hi again guys.
We'll start off, it's a 99 Dakota 2WD 3.9.
The problem is, when taking moderate or greater right turns, there's an awful noise. It can be easily replicated if you stop, turn your wheel right, then accelerate - only when turning right though, when you straighten out it stops. So far we can't really pinpoint even if it's coming from up front or in the back - though it sounds pretty fair to say it's coming from the left side. It's a pretty violent noise, and you can really feel the vibration in your seat. If anyones drove on packed snow, it somewhat sounds like that. It's a roaring vibrating sound, it's pretty loud when it does it.
So far we changed the left front hub assembly (was under warranty anyways) and have just tried to do a visual inspection, it's a bit too cold here in Michigan to stay out there for too long at once.
Thanks for any help!

Wow, i have the exact same problem, and I live in Michigan.
I cannot figure it out either, 95 Dakota 4x4 5.2 and when I take left hand turns I appear to have the same problem. Mine does not sound as violent as yours, mine sounds like a wheel bearing, but it isnt a constant sound. It goes hum hum hum hum.
Mine did this in the summer when there was no snow, and if i gently held my brakes while turning the direction it does it in, the noise will stop. Now that there is snow on the ground, if i try and do that the noise still continues, I figured it was related to the snow, but I have never really felt or heard this in any other vehicle I have driven.

No lifts, stock size tires. New ball joints - upper and lowers. New brakes front and back.
It's just started the noise the last week or so, not after any mechanical change or anything.

Well I figured it out guys, it was the transmission mount. The rubber part slid out of it's casing to the side, and it was banging against itself. Thanks for the help!
