Default P0121 code

P0121 (M) TPS Voltage Does Not Agree With MAP TPS signal does not correlate to MAP sensor signal.
P0121 (M) Accelerator Position Sensor (APPS) Signal Voltage Too Low APPS voltage input below the minimum acceptable voltage.

I got this code on my truck today. Im not real sure what this means. Anybody got any suggestions or can offer any help.

I had that same code pop up... i noticed that when i was driving on the highway the tac would jump uncontrollably like someone was steppin' on the gas...i took my truck into a local shop and they said that the Throttle Position Sensor voltage was low...$150 later truck runs like it used too
