Default Brakes

i know this subject has been brought up many times but a couple months ago before it got cold here in upstate NY i went to change my pads and rotors and when i went to put the caliper bolts back in the holes were stripped like everyone elses does. I took it to work and tapped it out a little bit bigger then the caliper bolt and used a regular bolt cutting off those rubber boots.

After i did that i notice a pulsation in my pedal and a little bit of shaking, but when i put the new bolts in i made sure the bolts were tight and the caliper didn't move. Could they have come loose? And would i still be able to use the Helicoil kit everyone is talking about with this issue?

I helicoiled mine in the summer.and it was fine uptill now. with in the past month it came loose and will not tighten at all. I'm lookin in junkyards for a new spindle, but cant find any. I havent priced out a new one yet, I hope they are not that expensive. I was thinking on just putting a tack weld in there to hold it for now until I get a new one. mine grinds and pulsates when ever I turn or release the brakes after applying them.

this must be common with dakotas because i did mine this past summer and the bottom caliper pin was stripped. parts stores sell self tapping pins though theyre a bit pricy around 25$. i bought one threw it in jacked it tight and its been fine ever since

Would this be the cause of my front end making a grinding noise and when brakes applied it makes a horrible clunk or creeking sound.
Already replaced upper/lower ball joints, inner/outer tie rods, shocks, idler arm, front axlehalf shaft, wheel bearing, and more. ????

would i still be able to use these helicoils even though i've made the hole a little bit bigger? Would it be a permanent fix? I've been looking online for new steering knuckles but everywhere i have looked has nothing. i searched this problem and saw that in one of the posts someone was gonna be charged 600 from the dealer. there is no way i'm paying that unless i really need to.
