I think I am going to do the 5.9 L Swap, that will wake this truck up nicely!

I have a 2000 3.9 dak cc 2wd with 235-75-15 and i can brake torq like hell. but from a stand still to full throttle i barely get a chirp, sometimes a lil spin depends on the pavement type. Intake and exhaustis all that i have done to mine.

i can spin tires fairly easy. however i do live in mississippi and even on the paved roads there is still rocks and dirt making it easier. gravel roads are the best though. completely turn the truck around
its amazing what an extra 2 liters will do in the way of burnnouts!!! my buddy has the 3.9 and with his 355 gear in the rear, 1.7's, intake, and HF cats he can light em up pretty good.... not nearly as well as my R/T tho.!!!
