My AC will not blow out of the vents on the dash all of a sudden, it worked fine last week. It only comes out on the floor and defrost ventsno matter what setting I put it on now. Is this gonna be expensive, or is it something simple?

 

It sounds like not so simple. The A/C system doors (what switches it between defrost, vents, etc.) are all electronically controlled by the a/c control head. Odds are pretty good that you have a bad door actuator or a broken door both of which require dash removal to pull the HVAC housing. It is possible that the a/c control head needs to be recalibrated, which would also mean a trip to the dealer because you have to have a DRB to perform that function.
