i dont know much about the newer mopar t bars. but in the late 60s i had a t bar bolt striped out cause it had dirt on it. so if you clean the threads good you shouldnt have any trouble. good luck

put the front of your truck up on a jack, then tighten the t-bar bolts, turn one bolt 5-6 full turns then the other 5-6 turns. then let the front end down onto the ground. repeat this process untill you get the hight you want.
I would go 5 turns. just puta line on the bolt so you know how many times you have turned it. I would take pics, but my dak is gone. its really easy. just make sure to soak it in penetrating lube the day before. and make sure to jack the front of the truck up so the tires are off the ground.
That's what I did, but it didn't seem to make that much difference. I had the truck jacked up and got 5-6 threads more then I had (I was tightening them), but only seemed to get maybe a half inch more out of it. My bolts are in far enough that I only have about 1/2 inch left before the bolts will be all the way up. Any idea of what the issue may be? Truck rides fine and has always handled light off-roading well.
well i think with the bolts all the way tight, you will only get about 2- 2 1/2 inches. and if remember right i think it took 12 full turns to get my truck to look right with 3 inch lift bocks under the rear.

i raised the front end on a charger i had a long time ago and have heard the bars are the same on these trucks.

Ok so you are saying to get the full 2" I will have to turn the bolts all the way in until they stop turning? I think I got about an inch with what I did, but didn't want to tighten the bolts too much so I stopped.
I will be getting an alignment when I am done. I want to make sure I do I right then I'll take it in. Will I need to tell the shop that I might need some type of camber kit or will they look at it and be able to tell?
Thanks Guys
