In the ones with the Infinity sound system and separate tweeters on the front doors, yes.

I'll ask my dad when he gets of the phone about the specs. What is the panel you are talking about on the passenger side?

It's the plastic panel on the right side down below the glove box. Down in the footwell area on the right side as you face forward in the truck. Open the passenger door look down at the inside edge of the door. The thin plastic piece you see covering the edge of the carpet is called the door sill cover. Follow it forward to the kick panel. The sill cover and kick panel are all a one piece part. Remove it by pulling out on the kick panel first then pull straightup on the door sill cover to remove the entire part. The amp is bolted to the metal behind the kick panel area.

I think the amp is a 4x25. Pictures in my next post. I replaced the front with infinity kappas, going to get backs this week. Don't know which amp yet, although most likely a 4x75. The system now is so quiet. Thanks 01silver for the help. Usmrocks, I'm not sure if our system is the same or not, I would pull out your amp and see if our numbers match.
