I just got a scangauge and love it. I mounted it were the stock trip computer goes, more on that later. I asked the folks at scangauge it they have the code to get the transmission temp and oil temp from the ODBII port, but have not got an answer back.

Does anybody here do there own programing of the ECU/PCM? Scangauge has a write up about creating X-gauge codes to read different things.

I'm read it, but still have the deer in the headlights look.

If you don't have the over head computer, I recommend scangauge II.
