Default Transmission issues - 2nd gear

I have an 03 Dakota with the 45RFE 4 speed transmission.

A shutter is being experienced at 30km/hr (19 m/hr) when it changes to second gear. I believe this is either a bad seal or piston problem, the next part is confusing. If I perform a relatively fast stop (after the vehicle has surpassed 30km/hr) the vehicle shutters again 2 seconds after coming to a complete stop.

Would anyone have any input?

Thanks

I changed the fluid and filter about 3000 miles ago. Used at+4 fluid.

check for codes and see if you can narrow it down, if you have a DRB that will help too.

Other wise I would think this is either like you said or a valve body problem. Could even be a clogged up electronic.
