LOL. That's why you have a buddy ride shotgun whenever you drive. Rig a string from the engine bay to the cab...

The rattling up front is probably ball joints. Replace them with moogs, so you can grease from time to time.

The rear end gears are already posi.

You should get a transgo shift kit, and a cold air intake, a Mopar 2400 stall converter, and a dual exhaust system for sure to start things off. When I had my converter and transgo installed, it really woke the performance of the tranny up, and i can burn both rear tires for about 20 feet.

You also might want to look into getting a Mopar PCM (computer), or sending your stock one off to have it flashed for more power.

www.southeastperformance.com talk to John Mercedes. Hes got great prices on performance parts, and is the most knowledgeable R/T guru out there. Ive known him over 4 years and have bought every part for my R/T through him.

Is there any reason to go with Moog ball joints instead of the Spicers, which bolt in and are greaseable as well?

Just heard a lot of good things about Moogs, havent ever heard of Spicers. Not saying they are bad, just havent heard anything about them.

Also, NASCAR uses em, so they must be good right ? I dunno lol

On the subject of the rear end being posi:

I want a locking rear differential so that I can turn OFF the posi whenever I want, and not have it permanently locked all the time. I like the fact that it's posi already, but the ability to manually disable the posi when I want would also be nice. I think an Eaton auto-locking rear diff could also fit the bill, as it only locks up when necessary.

Well, whatever setup you go with, talk to John. He can get you the best pricing out there on whatever you need. Tell him Wayne from Maryland sent you.

Roger that, sounds like a pretty knowledgeable guy from what you're saying. BTW, where'd you get your front bumper cover at?
