Exhaust donut? Are you referring to where a header/manifold connects to the exhaust pipe?

Spray the bolts down with PB Blaster. Let it set in for about 15-30 minutes and then go at it. Otherwise the bolts either won't move or just break.

It should just separate from there and be easy to replace.

damN!!!! 400 BUCKS.......wow.....drop a 5.9 in that thing..........

another thing to try it so pour some coca-cola on the stud and wait 15min and repaeat the process like 3-5 times.....if that dont work get a heat source and get the stud/nut hut and ease it out slowly

just cut the studs out.... if you got bolt cutters or use a angle grinder or sawzall. Sometimes they never come out...

$400 is a steal, that truck has potential but needs lots and lots of cosmetic help, good buy though, and when you put on the new header bolts, be very courteous with slopping the never seize on those bolts. this will prevent this in the future.

you need 4 things:

1) heat (map gas torch or equivalent)
2) a wrench with a cheater bar.
3) PB Blaster
4) A case of beer

good luck!
