thanks man im 17 its my 2nd truck other then my cummins had my grandfather whom i live with test drive it me not being used to standerd the people i bought it from said they thought the cluch was bad in it wich i found out after a couple of dohnuts and my grandfather popin the clutch its fine just needs to be adjusted lol paid 400 for the truck 104,000 miles
damN!!!! 400 BUCKS.......wow.....drop a 5.9 in that thing..........
another thing to try it so pour some coca-cola on the stud and wait 15min and repaeat the process like 3-5 times.....if that dont work get a heat source and get the stud/nut hut and ease it out slowly
$400 is a steal, that truck has potential but needs lots and lots of cosmetic help, good buy though, and when you put on the new header bolts, be very courteous with slopping the never seize on those bolts. this will prevent this in the future.
well got it done with a "fix-it-flange" worked pretty good now that i can hear the engine i noticed the rpms go from 500 to 1000 like a loopy idel i threw some lucas tune up in a bottle in her and put about 1/2 a take of gas in it changed the plugs and it seemed to fix my problem of it dying when i troped on it the idel is a little low 500 rpm and im gettin some a little bit of black/blue smoke from the exhaust ive changed the oil and oil filter threw some engine restore in it changed the air filter check vacume lines and didnt see anything abnormal looks like one plug wire might not be firing so im gunna buy a replacement today after work anybody got any ideas what my prob might be also check engine is on and i belive acording to the code it was something to do with the oxegen sensor and something else as of now it will not pass emissions anyway to like bypass the oxegen sencer so the it reads good all the time
