Default 00 in cab vent controll

Hello, new here just found the site while looking for an answer to my problem.
I have a 2000 Dakota Quad cab and the issue is I can not find a setting on the HVAC control panel that stop the flow of air into the cab. There is always what seems to be outside air coming through the vents? Everything else seems to be working fine. I was hoping to find a diagram of the heater box that would show were all of the doors and controls are but I have had no luck as yet.
Has anyone ever seen or heard of this issue before.
Thanks,
Jim

Thanks shrpshtr323, I have three controls Top one is for Fan speed, center is for Off/AC/Heat/Defroster and the lower one is for Temp.(cold/hot).
With the center control to off there is no fan running but as the truck is moving down the road there is a far amount of air that is blowing in through the vents. I am thinking that something is disconected but without a diagram I am not sure were to look?
The only thing with that above statement is that everything else seems to work fine???

its all electric, your vent position determines if it's outside circulation or internal circulation, the ones that say MAX are for internal circulation. this design saves space on the dashboard. you're gonna have leaks regardless, this isn't a bmw

lol even a bmw isnt perfect but ya as long as its not like fan force air moving in its just leaks but you can try just setting it on internal circulation to cut down on airflow
